A side table and rug complements the seat and makes the area look more put-together. A full-height, custom built storage and shoe cabinet at the back draws the eye further into the house. Clad in wood-print laminates in a deep hue, the effect feels cosy yet imparts a dose of drama. 2 Living Though under-utilised in most homes, mid-level, warm lighting placed around the room gives this space a relaxing and intimate vibe. As large artworks feature prominently here, track lighting was also installed to showcase the pieces properly. With reflective homogenous tiles on the floor, the whole room looks aglow, creating a lovely space for gathering with friends or watching the latest shows. 3 Kitchen Kitchens can be chaotic areas, but this cooking zone is a peaceful and sleek space. Ample closed storage flanking both sides eliminate kitchen clutter. To prevent the generously sized cabinetry frommaking the room feel closed in, the doors were covered with white laminates to create a breezy and roomy feel. 4 Bedroom Furnished simply with a bed and a minimalist desk for working, the bedroom features an accent wall painted grey to make the room feel cooler and more ideal for sleep. 5 Dining Located right outside the kitchen, the dining nook is well-positioned for hot meals and lets diners look into the cooking space to see what’s cooking or interact with the homeowner.
