Reflecting market resilience
Despite broader economic uncertainties, Singapore’s real estate market remains robust. Findings from the PropertyGuru Singapore Consumer Sentiment Study H2 2024 show that one in two consumers still plan to purchase property within the next five years.
As Jules Kay, General Manager of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events, puts it:
“We are optimistic that demand for quality will stay resilient despite market challenges as we honour more projects that benefit Singapore’s diverse communities and safeguard its environment.”

The awards celebrate the people and projects driving Singapore’s property sector forward, aligning with global conversations around sustainability, innovation, and livability. They honour those that excel not only in raising design and development standards but also in lifting communities and improving the urban fabric of Singapore.
A trusted platform for industry recognition
The awards process is governed by an independent panel of experts, adhering to strict standards of fairness and transparency upheld by official supervisor HLB Singapore Foo Kon Tan, part of “2024 Network of the Year” award winner HLB International.
Winners will not only be recognised on a national platform but will also have the chance to elevate their work on the regional stage at the 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final.
Since its inception in 2005, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards have grown into the region’s most respected real estate honours, spanning markets from Singapore and Thailand to Japan and the Middle East. As the programme celebrates its 20th year globally, Singapore’s 15th edition promises to set the stage for the next chapter in industry excellence.
