Avenue South Residence will be the first residential development in Singapore’s Greater Southern Waterfront, a prime land of over 2,000 hectares extending from Pasir Panjang to Marina East, which is earmarked for development as a new urban residential hub along the southern coast.
The location is enviable for its central location and proximity to various commercial hubs, including Raffles Place, Marina Bay, Harbourfront Centre and Mapletree Business City, as well as an amalgam of growing and well-established neighbourhoods such Tiong Bahru, Keong Saik Road, New Bridge Road and Duxton Hill.
