The Singapore International Festival of Arts (SIFA) is back again this year. The festival will present 20 productions, 15 of which were specially created for the event, and will feature collaborations between international and Singaporean artists. From durational performances to documentary theatre to community art, SIFA 2016 will explore the idea of potentialities – the state of possessing latent power. Things to expect at this year’s art festival: an invitation to snuggle up with actors in bed, a children-led play for adults, as well as an 18-m in diameter video installation.
