Besides canning food, we found bonus uses for the humble Mason jar and its other counterparts.
- Sock cosies
Sprucing up a plain old jar is as simple as slipping a sock over it. The best way to repurpose all those single, odd socks without a pair. - Vases
Make a crowning centrepiece with three jars in a simple, wooden rack. - Stationery holder
Equally great for stationery or small bits and pieces, these jars will keep your workstation in good order. - Soap dispenser
Detach an old soap dispenser pump and affix together with the jar by making a hole on the metal lid. You can also glue the whole contraption together. - LED tealight vessels
For a mood-enhancing touch, you can’t go wrong with alluring shadows produced by tealights in jars.
