Singapore’s property sector has shown steady demand, with 4,575 private residential units expected to be tendered under the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme in the first half of 2026, about 50% above the decade average. At the same time, landed home prices have continued to rise, reflecting sustained interest in long-term, family-oriented living.
