PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) 2026 Opens for Entries

As Singapore’s property market settles into a phase of measured growth, the 16th edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) 2026 returns with a renewed call for entries—inviting developers, designers and industry leaders to put forward their most compelling work.

Organised by PropertyGuru Group, the annual awards programme has long been regarded as one of the region’s most credible benchmarks of excellence. This year’s edition continues that legacy, while responding to a market that is evolving in both pace and priorities.

A Market That Rewards Thoughtful Progress

The backdrop to this year’s awards is one of resilience. Singapore’s property sector has shown steady demand, with 4,575 private residential units expected to be tendered under the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme in the first half of 2026, about 50% above the decade average. At the same time, landed home prices have continued to rise, reflecting sustained interest in long-term, family-oriented living.

Against this landscape, the awards are less about rapid expansion and more about recognising projects that demonstrate clarity, quality, and adaptability.

New Categories Reflect Shifting Priorities

Responding to these shifts, the 2026 programme introduces several new categories, including:

  • Best Condo Developer
  • Best Housing Architectural Design
  • Best Sales Gallery Interior Design
  • Best Flexible Work Space

These additions signal a broader understanding of what defines excellence today, not just in terms of scale or prestige, but in how spaces are designed, experienced, and adapted for contemporary living.

Jules Kay shares insights on the evolving property landscape, highlighting how resilience, innovation, and ESG-driven thinking continue to shape the standards of excellence across Asia’s real estate industry.

As Jules Kay, General Manager of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events, notes, the focus this year is on innovation within a stable yet competitive environment. Developers and designers are encouraged to showcase not only standout projects, but also forward-thinking ideas and ESG-driven initiatives.

Winners of the Singapore edition will be honoured at a gala ceremony on 30 October 2026 at The St. Regis Singapore, before advancing to compete at the regional Grand Final in Bangkok this December.
