Similarly to the previous years, the two fresh batches of BTOs will be launched in both mature and non-mature towns – all of which are surrounded by plenty of primary and secondary schools, alongside a good selection of amenities such as shopping malls, community clubs as well as sports facilities. Flat prices (excluding grants) in non-mature estates range from $110,000 for a 2-Room Flexi to $442,000 for a 3Gen, while the ones in mature estates range from $145,000 for a 2-Room Flexi to $508,000 for a 5-Room.
For those who are eager on getting the keys to your new home, you may want to keep an eye out for the Choa Chu Kang project as there will be a significantly shorter waiting time as compared to the rest according to HDB.
Some of these flats are available for open booking on a first-come-first serve basis, which allows you to view the listings and book a unit as early as the next working day after making an online application. Head over to www.hdb.gov.sg for more information. Good luck!
