Singapore’s real estate excellence took centre stage once again at the 15th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore), held at Andaz Singapore, where the country’s top developers, architects, and visionaries gathered to honour the best in design, sustainability, and innovation.
This year’s ceremony, supported by Mitsubishi Electric Asia, presented 44 categories across development, design, and individual achievements, reaffirming Singapore’s leadership in forward-thinking, community-centred property development.
City Developments Limited (CDL) took home the coveted Best Developer award for the first time since 2016, while also clinching a win for Union Square Residences. CDL’s Group General Manager Chia Ngiang Hong received the inaugural Life Achievement Award, celebrating more than four decades of leadership in shaping the local property landscape.

Frasers Property Singapore impressed with its focus on people and sustainability, winning Best Lifestyle Developer and the Real Estate Personality of the Year award for CEO Soon Su Lin. Their residential development Sky Eden@Bedok and executive condominium Parc Greenwich also earned top honours.

The night’s most decorated developer, IOI Properties Group, swept multiple categories—including Best Transnational Developer—with notable wins for W Residences Marina View – Singapore, W Singapore – Marina View, and IOI Central Boulevard Towers, reaffirming the brand’s luxury positioning and design excellence.
UOL Group Limited continued its sustainability-driven momentum, receiving Best Sustainable Developer and Best Residential Developer. Its collaboration with CapitaLand Development and Singapore Land Group, Parktown Residence, won four awards including Best Mega Scale Condo Development, while Upperhouse at Orchard Boulevard earned the prestigious Best Condo Development (Singapore).
