In an effort to enhance the brand further for customers, the shoe label embarked on a year’s journey which has now transformed them into a lifestyle concept with their first ever Pazzion Cafe in Singapore.
Located in Jewel Changi Airport, just next door to its boutique, the 45-seater cafe has been tastefully designed in monochromatic tones of black and white, and peppered with grey and gold to complement the sleek aesthetics of the retail boutique. While the café gives off a modern chic vibe, there’s also an accompanying hint of nostalgia from the vintage soft furnishings within the space. Upon entry into the café, guests will notice the quartet of brightly-lit vintage-style pendant lights which have been placed strategically to bring attention to the coffee-making counter. The café also provides a stylish grey sofa and antique-style leather wing armchairs for guests to relax in against a backdrop of vintage-looking props from the feature wall.
Inspired by the unique and sophisticated essence of Pazzion, the cafe serves artisanal brewed coffee which is made from a house blend of Brazilian and Colombian coffee beans. The beans have been carefully roasted to the optimal temperature which brings out the smooth, nutty and creamy chocolatey taste of each cup of coffee produced.
In addition, Pazzion Cafe also offers delectable food options for customers who are feeling peckish. Each ingredient in their selection of starters, mains and desserts have been carefully selected to ensure only the best in quality and taste. For those looking for a light meal, the Quinoa Bowl ($18) is a healthy dish that includes a bed of protein-packed quinoa layered with lightly grilled salmon, freshly sliced avocado, poached egg and a dash of lime. Brunch lovers would enjoy the French Toast ($17) which is made using two slices of thick, fluffy French brioche that have been butter-toasted to perfection and served with poached pear, caramelized banana slices alongside fresh berries, crunchy cookie crumble and light Anglaise sauce.
After the mains, complete your meal with a delightful dessert such as the bouncy and fluffy Classic Souffle ($15), which is served with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream and berries, or a slice of the Pazzion Cafe exclusive – Tropical Tango ($9.30), a citrus-based cake encased with thin white chocolate and filled with light, refreshing mango mousse.
