The LG Styler® is designed to close that gap. It’s just as suited to a jacket that’s been worn once as it is to a favourite piece you want to keep in rotation longer. Rather than being hidden away in a separate utility room, it’s sleek and contemporary look is made to match modern cabinetry in bedrooms, with a sleek Black Tint Mirror finish as well as space for up to five hanging items and a pair of trousers per cycle.
At the core of the LG Styler® is its Dual TrueSteam® technology, which uses two heaters instead of one, giving it far more precise control over steam volume and strength. On the specialised Sanitary cycle, the steam works to keep clothes hygienically clean and odour-free, eliminating 99.99%* of germs and 11 different kinds of harmful bacteria. Delicate fabrics like silk and cashmere get gentler treatment, using just one heater for a softer steam flow that won’t stress the fibres.
Then there’s the Dynamic MovingHanger™, which features a rotating mechanism with a twisting motion, allowing for enhanced dust removal and better drying, while preventing wrinkles. It also powers Styler®‘s upgraded cycles, such as the Fine Dust cycle, which twists and shakes up to 350* times per minute to remove large and fine dust particles from clothing.
For wrinkles that need more targeted attention, a built-in handheld high-pressure steamer with three levels is tucked away at the base of the unit. Trousers get their own treatment too, with the EZ Fit PantsPress™ sharpening creases back into shape.
Aside from clothing care, the Styler® does double duty as a dehumidifier for the room it sits in, thanks to the AutoFresh System™, and works even when the Styler® door is closed. The built-in ventilation system circulates air and pulls moisture out of the space daily—useful in Singapore’s muggy weather, where damp corners and musty clothes often go hand in hand. An LCD touchscreen on the unit keeps controls simple, with cycles selected at the press of a button.
The Styler® also connects to the LG ThinQ® app, allowing you to easily monitor progress, choose cycles for specific clothing such as jeans or suits care, and track energy use from your mobile phone or tablet. Additionally, the app keeps watch during a cycle: if a garment slips off its hanger partway through, the Smart Detect Sensor picks it up and sends an alert, so nothing sits creased on the floor of the unit.
