Living room
To accentuate the home’s double-height ceilings, the designers were tasked to create a feature wall in the living room. Using cement-effect laminates with grout lines that break up the monotony, the communal space is now grounded by an eye-catching centrepiece, which comes complete with LED lighting to set the mood.
Media feature wall
For a relaxed yet elegant gathering space for the family of three adults and two kids, the television console by the entrance features marble-effect laminates for a sense of luxury with glass panels bouncing off natural light. Curved corners around the custom and highly functional showpiece soften its modern feel for a more organic look.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom is an oasis of calm with a relatively straightforward design and a curated combination of neutral tones that make for a cosy atmosphere. Behind the bed and against the wall of timber strips sits a series of backlit laminated panels and a mirror panel, making for a visually arresting feature wall that adds some depth to the sleeping zone.

Although similar in style to its living room counterpart, the television wall in the master bedroom is more pared-back, with light wood and solid laminates as its main material palette. This minimal approach, however, allows the vibrant colours of the female occupant’s handbag collection—which sits pretty behind clear glass panels—to stand out.
Junior room
The junior bedroom is huge on functionality, thanks to a sizeable writing desk, complete with ample storage and display shelves, that occupy the entire stretch of one wall. Meanwhile, dark grey night curtains and a custom-made padded bed frame and headboard help to soften the many straight lines in the bedroom.
