Wanting to complete their renovation as quickly as possible while sticking to their budget, this family gave their design team quite the challenge.
Not every homeowner has a particular style in mind for their home—some just want a classy, timeless design that keeps them comfortable for years to come. That was the case with the family residing in this three-bedroom condominium.
Armed with nothing but a budget and timeline, they engaged Eugene Wu from Noble Interior Design to propose a look that would suit them in the long run and allow them to move in as soon as possible. Happy to take on the challenge, the designer crafted a modern contemporary abode with understated allure.

Living area
The pared-back aesthetic of the living area is accented by a modern sofa from OM Furniture, the space being furthermore equipped with a full-height cabinet custom-built with TAK laminates.
This makes for a handy storage solution for the family of three, maximising their storage space while lending the living area a dark, contrasting element.
Kitchen
As the family rarely cooks, the designer suggested an open-concept kitchen, making the home feel more spacious and brightening the surroundings significantly. For a luxurious touch, the kitchen was clad in marble-look KStone countertops.
Bedroom
The stand-out feature in the primary bedroom is without a doubt the tinted display case above the bed, showing off the mum’s treasured bag collection.
