Imbued with pared-back luxury, this spacious condominium unit makes a grand home for a sophisticated family of three.
Art collectors often fall into one of two categories: they either crowd their home with anything and everything or they keep the space clean and uncluttered to help their favourite pieces stand out. The family residing in this condo unit falls into the latter, requesting a bold yet minimalist design that functions as a blank canvas to display their growing art collection. Wang Luhao from Swift Interior was entrusted with fulfilling this dream, crafting a luxurious, smart-enabled abode that encapsulates life in Sentosa Cove.

Overall view
While the family’s sleek piano immediately catches the eye when entering the ground floor, it is the staircase that leaves a lasting impression of these chic interiors. Fitted with strip lighting to set the mood on cosy evenings, the edges of the steps also provide extra illumination when roaming the house at night.
Living room
Maximising the abundance of natural light from the spacious terrace, the living room was clad in white and bright tones. To add some visual intrigue to the pared-back space, the walls and ceiling were finished with stone imported from Hong Kong, lending the surroundings a raw look and making the perfect soon-to-be backdrop for the homeowners’ art collection. Instead of installing a TV, the designer suggested opting for a sleek and subtle Epson projector, which can be moved discreetly out of the way when not in use. The centrepiece of the living room is unquestionably the duo of luxurious FENDI sofas, featuring the brand’s signature monogram print and striking crocodile leather.
Terrace
The condo’s terrace is kept neat and simple, mimicking a manicured lawn with low-maintenance fake grass and no fussy plants. For comfy outdoor relaxation, the space was furnished with elegant nude pieces from DEDON.
Bedroom
Understandably the homeowners’ favourite room, this bedroom has a decidedly sophisticated vibe thanks to the textured walls and dark veneer accents. The tactile headboard further elevates the design, providing a perfect sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
