Living room
Designed to be bright and airy while still boasting visual contrast, the living area in this cospace condo sports a luxe, minimalist design. While the white wall behind the TV keeps the relatively small living space bright and open, the brown feature wall adds a sense of depth to the space, particularly thanks to the bronze sheen of the Lamitak cabinets. A cosy rug rounds off the look with a homey touch underfoot.
Home office
Separated from the rest of the home with a display cabinet that was once a closed-off store room, the home office is now the hub of the homeowners’ work life. The floating desk was purposefully constructed along a large window to maximise natural light, then enhanced with overhead lights and plenty of mirrors for extra brightness while working. A coffee-coloured trim along the desk drawers further boosts the homeowners’ productivity by reminding them of their favourite drink.
Dining room
The Dekton dining island in this condo is not just an area to eat and gather, it also doubles up as a clever storage space for books, magazines and other knick knacks. To fulfil the homeowner’s wish for a bar counter in the home, one end of the dining area was turned into a wooden serving strip for drinks. At the back of the room, built-in LED lights illuminate an alluring shelving unit, bringing gloomy corners out of the dark while setting an intriguing mood for the overall space.
Bedroom
Using the homeowners’ favourite colours as a starting point for the bedroom’s design, the team at Jialux crafted a soothing, down-to-earth space for both husband and wife to wind down in. A colour-blocked wall makes the room eye-catching yet calming thanks to its muted shades, while a small, custom-built bedside table keeps the floor area spacious and open with a floating design.
Vanity area
Due to a large wardrobe, which takes up a considerable amount of square footage in the bedroom, the designer had to find a creative way to fit in the home’s vanity area. A compelling vanity unit now successfully floats above the ground, giving the homeowners plenty of space to get ready in the morning without crowding the bedroom floor with too much furniture. This design also helps to make the bedroom an eye-catching part of the home.
