This three-storey terraced house was reconstructed from top to bottom, maximising the floor area on each level and making the most of the property’s luxuriously high ceilings with a new attic.

Car porch
Giving the car porch a new life was a major priority for the design team, incorporating an automated gate system, a glass canopy, and enough room to accommodate two cars.
Originally clad in classic roof tiles, the glass and metal canopy fits the home’s modern style much better and seamlessly blends in with the adjacent skylight.
Living and dining areas
Cosy and inviting, the open-concept living and dining areas strike a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
The family can gather and relax on a large, comfortable sofa and hide their clutter thanks to plenty of storage space, while enjoying the pared-back, modern interiors and indulging in high-end fittings, such as the opulent chandelier from Lightart Studio.
Dry kitchen
The dry kitchen is the homeowners’ favourite area of the house, bringing the whole family together around the spacious island, which is easily accessible from the living and dining areas.
A solid surface countertop and homogenous tiles ensure durability and low maintenance and the overhead skylight keeps everything nice and bright.
Staircase
The construction of the spiral staircase posed one of the biggest challenges during the renovation, requiring parquet flooring and precise carpentry work to ensure the solid wood handrail would be perfectly crafted.
All the way up to the attic, it’s flooded with natural light from the skylight above.
Main bathroom
Generous in both space and finishes, the main bathroom boasts homogenous tiles that are quick and easy to clean, a glass-enclosed shower space that lets in plenty of natural light, and a rimless bathtub from Bathlabz.
