A cordless vacuum and steam mop in one, the eufy MACH V1 Ultra by Anker is quite the multifunctional cleaning appliance.
Equipped with SteamWave technology that dissolves stains and then vacuums and mops the surface for good measure, the high-temperature steam additionally removes harmful bacteria and sterilises the floor.
Most importantly, we found it to clean efficiently, the dual vacuuming and steam mopping functions coming in really handy in a single appliance.
Our floors felt instantly cleaner, something that not every vacuum cleaner or even mop is able to achieve, especially without the use of any detergent.
If you do want to add in some detergent, a separate tank gives you that option, automatically dispensing the right amount of detergent as you clean.
The eufy MACH V1 Ultra’s sterilisation technology furthermore extends to the vacuum cleaner itself, automatically cleaning and sanitising the entire appliance after each use, including the roller brush.
A self-drying action ensures that the roller brush doesn’t sit around wet, so you can stow away the appliance nice and dry and avoid any bad odours.
The dirty water tank was easy to handle and clean, making the whole process rather convenient.
The only downside to this one-of-a-kind appliance is its hefty weight and relatively short battery life, but those are minor grievances compared to its many positives.
